  I contacted this company for assistance when I discovered that my solar panel system 'Inverter' had stopped working and was displaying an 'error message'. After supplying a few details about the inverter, the company checked with the supplier about the error code etc. and also discovered that the Inverter was still in warranty, which was good news as the Inverter's fault was NOT repairable and would have to be replaced.
  Within a few days Gascoigne's had organised a replacement Inverter (under warranty) and made arrangements with me regarding fitting it/removing the old one. From my initial contact with this company right through to the removal/installation of the new Inverter I cannot fault the assistance, service and professionalism shown to me which made the whole process efficient and 'painless'.
  I would not hesitate in recommending Gascoigne's to my fiends and family, they have been just brilliant !!
